We want your experience with MYRN Silk to be seamless. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about returns, exchanges, and more.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your order, please email info@myrnsilk.com as soon as possible with your order number and reason.

Once your order has been processed for dispatch, we’re unable to cancel it.
In that case, you’ll need to follow our returns or exchange process.

Returns Policy

We hope you love your MYRN Silk products. If you’d like to return something:

Email info@myrnsilk.com with your order number and reason for return.
Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused and returned in their original branded packaging.

Return Shipping

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend using a trackable delivery service to ensure your return arrives safely.

If your order included a sleep bundle or a complimentary scrunchie, all items must be returned for a full refund. Items not returned will be charged at full price.

Faulty Items

We carefully inspect every item before dispatch. If something isn’t right:

Email info@myrnsilk.com with your order number and a description or photo of the fault.
We’ll arrange a free return and confirm collection details by email.
Refunds for faulty items include original delivery charges. Exchanges are sent free of charge.

Please return faulty items in their original packaging.

Exchanges

Want to exchange an item?

Email info@myrnsilk.com with your order number and exchange details.
Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility, but we’ll cover the cost of sending your replacement item.

All exchanged items must be unused and returned in their original packaging using a trackable service.
