Cancellation policy

If you purchase from MYRN Silk and want to cancel your order, please email info@myrnsilk.com as soon as possible. Once we have despatched your order, we are unable to cancel, therefore you will need to follow our return or exchange guidelines. Returns are at the cost of the customer unless your item is agreed as faulty. We aim to despatch products within 48 hours but many orders are despatched on the same day.
